We feel we demonstrate a more empathetic approach to those situations that demand a different approach, when things go wrong, and trust us they do. We recognise life is never straightforward and there are times where there is a need to be understood and listened to. We aim to help anyone from any background to find the right property and we like to find solutions for our clients. We let properties on a case by case basis, from full time working professionals to those good people with different circumstances, but who in our experience make equally as good tenants. Our experience has proved invaluable and gmc are proud to have successfully helped a number of tenants, some of whom have been long term residence in excess of 10 years in providing a nice stable home environment. To our landlord clients, that brings historically low void periods and maintain the high yields for our investors. We are a fully accredited 5 star plus landlord with over 15 years’ experience in the industry.

gmc property are also very proud to support the homeless. No one should ever be judged or stigmatised, and with the full agreement of our investors and landlords, whilst refurbishment works are ongoing we will allow one of its empty properties to be used as a shelter for a homeless person whilst in is under refurbishment.
