Testimonials

Nothing is ever too much for GMC and the team, they are always on hand to answer messages, emails or phone calls - even on weekends and evenings. They take pride in providing excellent customer service to both his clients and tenants which means a hands off approach for me as a Landlord. I would not hesitate to recommend GMC for their fantastic property management service.

GMC manage a family members property after a shocking experience with another firm of letting agents. Really professional in resolving any issues when they arise and because of this they are now in the process of purchasing further investment property with the support and guidance of GMC.

GMC are the epitome of professionalism and has some of the best property knowledge in the area. He goes the extra mile to achieve client satisfaction

Both my wife and I can’t thank GMC Property enough. The help we recieved has been above and beyond. They took control when we had a tenant squatting in our property and they arranged all of the court papers and obtained a possession order from the Court. He took what was a very stressful situation out of our hands and once she had left within minutes GMC arranged a locksmith and now fully manage our property with a new fabulous tenant. We will always have our property managed by GMC and would 100% recommend their services.

We have been tenants of GMC since 2011, highly recommend them, always willing to go above & beyond to help & action requests super fast.

GMC offers a very personal, efficient and hands on service. Any issues with our properties are promptly and effectively dealt with. I thoroughly recommend them.

The GMC team are professional and efficient yet friendly and approachable. Great communication and eager to manage any house issues. He and his team worked hard to prepare the house we moved in to, to suit our date of arrival despite it being earlier than they had planned to finish. You are in safe hands with GMC.
